Organic production is a farming system based on the optimal use of natural resources without the use of synthetic chemicals or genetically modified organisms. In this way, it is possible to obtain an organic food that at the same time maintains the fertility of the earth and respects the environment, in a sustainable, balanced way and achieving a much healthier end product with a much higher nutritional quality. With this cultivation system, an increase in the health of the ecosystems is also achieved, favoring biological diversity and soil regeneration activity.
